birth support

Doulas are uniquely trained to serve the family through pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum. A well-trained doula knows when to offer physical support, words of encouragement, and suggestions. She also knows when to take a step back, when to hold space, and when to offer a prayer.

I offer hands-on support and teach you and your partner a variety of physical comfort measures to help manage labor pain with confidence and connection. From counterpressure to positioning techniques, you’ll feel equipped and empowered every step of the way.

Throughout your birth experience, I provide continuous emotional support by offering encouragement, reassurance, and a calming presence to help ease fear, anxiety, and moments of doubt. My goal is to uplift and ground you as you move through the powerful transition of bringing your baby from womb to world.

I also provide evidence-based information on any topic you’d like to explore further, ensuring you're informed and confident in your choices. In addition, you’ll receive a curated list of trusted local resources, connecting you to providers who align with your values and needs.

I approach each birth with a calm and respectful presence, blending in so you can stay fully present and connected. My goal is to tell your story honestly and tenderly, capturing the emotion and sacredness of your journey without interruption.

These aren’t just photos. They are memories of the day you meet your baby, reminders of your strength, and the beginning of a new chapter in your story you can cherish over and over again.

birth education

I am proud to offer the Birth Restored childbirth education course, an experience thoughtfully created to educate, equip, and empower mothers to approach birth with confidence, calm, and biblical truth.

This Christ-centered course is designed to break the chains of fear and dismantle the misconceptions that too often surround Christian childbirth. You may have heard that birth is meant to be painful or that it is a consequence of the Curse of Eve. But if that were the full story, why do so many women testify to peaceful, powerful, even joyful birth experiences?

Birth Restored dives into what the Bible truly says about childbirth and reminds you that your body was divinely designed for this sacred journey. Whether you are a first-time mom or preparing for your next baby, this course will guide you through the practical, emotional, and spiritual preparation needed to walk into your birth story with strength and peace.

You can take this course on its own or bundle it with your doula package for added support. Either way, you’ll be encouraged to release fear, embrace truth, and lean into the birth experience God intended for you.

It’s time to restore what birth was meant to be.
